We have discovered that the difference between high performance and low performance resides in an organization’s orientation to its future, as well as its ability to manage in such a way that the future is not only “fulfill-able” but, in fact, accomplished.
Many companies have found that even well designed strategies do not impact all levels of an organization, and that the process of strategic implementation is inconsistent with the process of developing strategy. This program addresses project management in a manner that enables an organization to accomplish its strategy successfully while strengthening the parties involved to fulfill their specific accountabilities.
This model of consulting causes authentic partnership to emerge under almost any corporate or business circumstance, and defines what it really takes to collaborate effectively.
The program’s delivery is customized based on the participants attending each session - two or more executives in a single organization, several teams within an enterprise or several different companies that need to be able to work well together.
Fundamentally, we aim to alter people’s relationship to the tasks before them, so that a job originally occurring as impossible becomes an opportunity for action, innovation and creativity. We use an exercise that has participants create a broad range of pathways that ultimately lead to a set of final objectives. When the exercise is complete, people are certain that their objectives can be achieved.
Additionally, we provide a specific method of consulting and coaching - Conversation Management. This process empowers people to translate their intentions into reality, and to manage their commitments over time while ensuring that conversations for possibility stay in existence and continue to be an access for inspiration, excellence and action.
