I want use this opportunity to express my gratitude in being part of the training on Transforming Organizational Culture. It is indeed a step in the right direction to create an enabling environment for possibilities beyond our imagination in our bank. No one will do it for us. We will have to do it because we have the people who can. We just need that all will pursue making our bank have the right environment for the whole lots of possibilities that we have here. From the course I now have a more explicit view of responsibilities, integrity and possibilities.
My first step is to affect my team in the north and so will meet my direct reports on Saturday. Participants are also looking at forming a group who will champion this in the bank.
The training has impacted me on my job and home. Thank you once again.
