Ron’s primary career focus has been on making Transformative Education available to the Business world.
As a recognized, master life-coach and business consultant, Ron has furthered the Transformations of CEOs, sports and movie stars, foreign dignitaries, prisoners, gang members and individuals from virtually all ages and all walks of life. He directed national programs for Youth at Risk, and has trained company staff in business productivity, psychology of human potential as well as the acceleration of Learning. In 1992, he worked with the Soviet Educational Society in Moscow, coaching military and political leaders in how to produce results in the face of extreme social reorganization as the whole Soviet Union unwound. Ron has personally coached and trained more than 250,000 people in various cultures and countries. He has worked extensively in Self Development for individuals.
Over the past thirty years, Ron discovered successful performance models from around the world that allow for greater power and results in business and in life . As part of his commitment to be on the cutting-edge of mastery, Ron worked in Educational Research while he was CEO of the Behavioral Sciences Foundation in Carmel, California. There he traveled extensively to obtain more effective answers to how we can rapidly grow and develop our mental and physical capacities. Ron wrote a paper for the “est” Foundation on Paulo Freire’s work in Guinea-Bissau, Africa. Dr Freire is considered by many to have been the greatest educator of the 20th century. Dr Freire was a pioneer in Transformative Education.
For the last 15 years as a Partner and Senior Consultant at the firm of Mark Kamin and Associates, Ron has been designing and managing the transformation of corporate cultures as well as training executives in management and leadership. He has been especially interested in what it takes to produce impossible results in our lives. He takes
on physical challenges and competition to demonstrate we are capable of more then we think we are.
Ron is an accomplished and entertaining speaker as well as able to bring deep consulting skills to bear on company issues.
