Hello Mark,
Further to our conversation, I wanted to take a few moments and communicate with you about my experience in working with your organization, specifically, Ron Zeller. Clearly our working together over the last couple of years has made an enormous difference to my both my personal and organizational projects.
By means of example, in what many consider to be difficult and complex economic times, my company continues to expand in scope, vision and revenue. A point to note is that recently, for the second time on two years, we were acknowledged as, once again, being one of the Top-100 Fastest Growing Companies in the greater Sacramento region.
Having founded and built a multi-national organization that is transforming the culture of music education around the world, I am excited about taking my organization to the next level. As such, in the next few months I will be traveling internationally, meeting with hundreds of our educators and staff, and jointly we will create the future of Simply Music, broaden our international platform, and implement a new model of collective, institutional leadership.
On a personal note, over the last 30 years or so, I have invested my focus on professional pursuits. Although this has manifested in the area of music education, I have not focused on developing my own musicianship. Frankly, this has always lived as a “one day, some day” sort of thing. As a direct result of my work with Ron, this has gone from a “one day, some day I will” to, “today I am”. I have now taken on, with vigor, a transformation of my own musicianship. I am spending many hours, every day, immersed in the development of my composition, improvisation and performance abilities, and am committed to emerging, over the next two years, as a world-class, Grammy-award winning, performing artist. I can only begin to tell you how excited I am about this next phase of my personal transformation. I am deeply satisfied with my life.
Ron has played, and continues to play, an integral role in this process.
