Ms Boudreaux, Partner and Senior Consultant for Mark Kamin and Associates, Inc, .has been consulting and training executives and professionals for over 25 years. Formerly, she was the founder and principal of Consultants Network, Inc., a California based consulting firm. She has consulted with a wide range of businesses since 1982, including government institutions, restaurant chains, utilities, hospitals, medical diagnostics, real estate developers, high tech companies and entrepreneurs.

Cookie began her career in consulting, following 15 years management experience as a Medical Technologist with human and veterinary clinical diagnostic laboratories. Her medical background has served her in working with hospital and laboratory mergers and bio medical corporations.

Ms. Boudreaux worked with one of the largest training and development companies in the world and has been leading adult educational and transformational seminars and programs since 1982 in North America, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. She works with both small and large organizations and government institutions such as Hawaii’s Lt. Governor’s office, Royal Bank of Canada, bioMerieux, Palm Inc, Computer Motion, and many others.

Cookie has been a featured speaker at the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA), National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and The American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).

Ms. Boudreaux has designed and delivered programs for over 30,000 people in settings of individual entrepreneurs to groups of 400. Her practice focuses on key human factors which determine the productivity and performance of all organizations and leaders. Her unique approach to these key factors has her in great demand by individual executives and management teams.
