Wendy Knowles consistently engages her clients in powerful conversations that create outstanding shifts in their personal and organizational performance. Wendy Knowles brings to her clients over 10 years of coach-consulting complemented by over 25 years of business experience in sales, marketing, project management, consulting, training and coaching. Past roles include: Director, eCommerce Business Development; senior IT sales and sales management roles; senior project management, senior program management, and senior product management in IT and Financial Sectors; training and development management.
Wendy holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Ryerson University. Wendy is a graduate from CoachInc.'s coach training school (an International Coaching Federation accredited coach training institute), trained in Landmark programs, trained with Interdevelopment Institute, and is certified with the Barrett Values Centre. Wendy is certified in the following coaching technologies: the Coaching Clinic by Coach Inc. a leadership communication program that is coached world-wide. In work with clients, Wendy employs technologies such as the Profiles International Assessment Toolset, Barrett Values Programs. Wendy has extensive experience and training in complex consultative selling processes including process and methods advocated by Miller Heiman, and Sales Performance International. Wendy launched the Performance Coaching for Workplace Program at Seneca College, Toronto, Canada.
