MISSION CONTROL - PROPRIETARY MATERIALS AGREEMENT - CH

I understand and agree that all materials, concepts, and information (“Materials”) presented during this Program, either orally or in writing, are the sole property of Mission Control Productivity, LLC and are protected by appropriate copyright or patents. I agree not to reproduce, copy, or otherwise duplicate, or distribute, lend, or otherwise transfer any copies of such Materials for any purpose other than my own personal use.

I further understand that any Materials presented in this Program are intended solely for use in the Program, and are presented by a Program leader who has been specially trained by Mission Control Productivity, LLC. I understand that while I am welcome to benefit from such Materials personally and to express and share about those benefits in all aspects of my life, I will not resell, modify and sell, or repackage and sell, the Materials.

I agree not to deliver the Materials themselves, either reproduced or modified, as part of any seminar, training program, workshop, consulting, or similar business activity which I make available to clients or to the public for the purpose of financial gain. I also agree not to reproduce and distribute any of the Mission Control Productivity Workshop materials to any person, employer, or company in the public or corporate training business, time management, business, executive coaching business, or enterprise management business, or any person or company competing with Mission Control Productivity, LLC.

I agree that I will not use, nor make available for my employer to use, any Materials, reproductions, or any parts of the intellectual model contained in this Program either directly or indirectly in any seminar, training program, workshop, consulting, or similar business activity which I or my employer makes available to my clients, clients of my employer, or to the public, for the purpose of financial gain, either during the course of this program or at any time thereafter.

I agree that this Agreement supersedes any prior agreements I may have regarding the use of such Materials, and that, I will obtain the written consent of Mission Control Productivity, LLC before using any Materials or content of this program for any purposes other than my own personal use.

NOTE: ALL RIGHTS IN THIS COPYRIGHTED PROGRAM AND ITS MATERIALS ARE EXPRESSLY RESERVED BY MISSION CONTROL PRODUCTIVITY, LLC.

ANY USE OF THE PROGRAM MATERIALS WITHOUT THE EXPRESS

WRITTEN PERMISSION OF MISSION CONTROL PRODUCTIVITY, LLC IS PROHIBITED.

THIS AGREEMENT PROVIDES PROTECTION FOR THE MATERIALS PRESENTED WHICH EXTENDS BEYOND COPYRIGHT LAW.

BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BOTH BY COPYRIGHT LAW AND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
