Lisa also has specialty expertise in Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging consulting, coaching and training. Leading inside organizations, Lisa has coached leaders and teams to achieve a high-performance mindset, improving communication and productivity. Prior to joining Mark Kamin and Associates, Lisa’s clients included global Fortune 500 companies with 10k+ global employees, prominent educational institutions, small dynamic startups, and not-for-profit companies. Her most notable clients have been Harvard University and Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. during the merger. Lisa has also been an affiliate and contributing member of the Institute of Coaching at McClean, Harvard Medical School, where she has lead skill building workshops for professional coaches.
