I met my MKA Executive Coach at a networking event and I decided to join her weekly business breakthrough group.

It took about 6 months into the program, when I sat back in my chair and was like “I get it”.

Let me provide you an examplet. Imagine someone sends you an email in CAPS. What do you think that means? Someone is yelling at you? You made someone angry? Your thoughts go in 500 diferent directions. That is just an assumption in your own head and NOT the TRUTH. The real truth is that it was a 75+ year old person that only types with CAPS locks ON.

Having the ability to not assume, to see things through others eyes or point of view has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.

My MKA Exectutive Coach’s coaching style is very direct but also compassionate at the same time.  She always made sure that we were accountable for our actions, even if it was dificult to hear. She gave us tools and resources to help us move forward towards our goals, and she encouraged us to take ownership of our successes, as well as our failures.

Through MKA’s guidance, I have created new systems, processes, and organizational structures for my business which has allowed me to become more productive and effeicient with my time management.
