I highly recommend Being A Leader from Mark Kamin & Assoc. This course opened my eyes to whether I was really living in integrity versus knowing about it. I discovered what it meant to honor my word… and the impact honoring or not honoring my word had on me and on others. This course provided tools for me to transform my way of being and acting to lead myself and others more effectively. I am actually living as a leader, rather than studying it on the sidelines.
