We were overwhelmed with doing and not leading. We were tired from working endless hours and saw no light at the end of the tunnel given the current path. We wanted to be the best we could be and had an insatiable desire to get there. Working smarter was the only way out. We didn’t have the money either. It was not an easy decision [to hire Marcea Wolf-Carter and her team]. That said I would make the same decision 100 times again.
