Carla is responsible for the management of contracting, invoicing, payment processing, scheduling, and other internal and client-facing operations. Although not delivering the firm’s programs and coaching, she is experienced in the firm’s unique methodology, having participated in the courses that underpin this work since 1989. 

Carla brings over 30 years of career experience facilitating businesses’ growth by developing and maintaining systems for sales, operations, training and development, as well as customer service.
