Cornelia M. Flannery has 25 years of experience in business development and social-sector leadership in multicultural environments in nonprofit and for-profit industries. Her life-long dedication to DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) began as a young volunteer babysitter for neglected and abused children at a local family center and grew into a distinguished career of delivering transformational education and empowerment to individuals, teams and organizations committed to making a difference. As an author, speaker, coach, program leader and fundraiser, Cornelia has had an impact on performance across the globe. She has engaged world leaders, humanitarians, corporate founders, economists, politicians and celebrities through her work.

Cornelia specializes in a unique relationship-based approach to identify core values, generate authentic communication, overcome obstacles and inspire impeccable integrity. Through the implementation of customized program design, team building and leadership coaching, her clients consistently produce breakthrough results in the experience of aliveness, power and performance.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Scranton and a Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. At home, she and her husband can be found playing ninja warrior games and conducting far-out science experiments with their young daughter.
