Susan Gauthier
Susan Gauthier is a consultant, coach and program leader in Breakthrough Results Transformational Management™ business technology and practices. Susan assists business executives, owners and company teams in producing breakthrough results using a distinctive methodology for increasing productivity, effectiveness and financial performance. She brings 30 years’ experience in information technology, primarily in second-level leadership, with a proven career track record of excelling at executive client relationship management, strategic business planning, financial accountability, global project and program management and service delivery quality management. Susan’s experience and reputation for innovation and rigor in her leadership style further enhances her coaching experience and her ability to accelerate clients’ business gains.
Susan is retired from Electronic Data Systems, where she was the founder and director of the Global Metrics Center, servicing various Fortune 100 companies. Prior to 1985, Susan worked at General Motors Corporation, Uniroyal Tire and Rubber, and Michigan Bell Telephone Company where she held positions in systems analysis and programming, training and leadership development. She has lived in Mexico, Venezuela and Spain, travels widely and currently resides near Detroit, Michigan with her husband and daughter.
Susan holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in Romance Linguistics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, French, English and Psychology from Grand Valley State University.
