Animal Heroes

One year ago today, I embarked on a journey that would change my life. Through Mark Kamin & Associates, I had the opportunity to engage in leadership coaching that would transform not only the way I work but also how I lead.

I thought it would be a simple process, with occasional guidance along the way. But nothing could have been further from the truth. The experience was nothing short of transformative, often pushing me far beyond my comfort zone. I believed I was highly productive, highly effective, and always acting with integrity. MKA helped me see where I was falling short. And… yes, that was tough, but it made me reflect.

Instead of feeling fulfilled by our achievements, I was too busy to even recognize our successes-I was just trying to get everything done.

And wow, what an extraordinary journey it was. I ended up with stronger relationships with my team and beyond. I developed a completely new way of approaching work and life as a whole. I learned that being highly productive is not about trying to fit 30 things into a day when there is time for only 10.

Thanks to MKA’s coaching, Animal Heroes achieved more than 250% growth in funds raised for animals in need within just one year.
